Bihar Governor: Kerala’s current Governor, Arif Mohammad Khan, will take over as the new Governor of Bihar. The President has approved the appointment of new Governors.
Ajay Kumar Bhalla has been appointed as the new Governor of Manipur. The President accepted the resignation of Raghuvar Das, who was serving as the Governor of Odisha, and approved the new appointments.
Former Army Chief and former Union Minister General VK Singh has been appointed as the Governor of Mizoram, while Arif Mohammad Khan will be the new Governor of Bihar. Additionally, former Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla has been appointed as the Governor of Manipur. The President’s office announced the appointments of new Governors.
New Appointments of Governors:
- Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati: The current Governor of Mizoram has been appointed as the Governor of Odisha.
- General (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Singh (Retd.): Appointed as the new Governor of Mizoram.
- Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar: The current Governor of Bihar has been appointed as the Governor of Kerala.
- Arif Mohammad Khan: The current Governor of Kerala has been appointed as the Governor of Bihar.
- Ajay Kumar Bhalla: Former Home Secretary has been appointed as the Governor of Manipur.

Ajay Kumar Bhalla has replaced Anusuiya Uikey as the new Governor of Manipur. Arif Mohammad Khan’s Return to Bihar
Arif Mohammad Khan, the current Governor of Kerala, has been appointed as the new Governor of Bihar. Khan has been involved in public disputes with the Pinarayi Vijayan-led government in Kerala for a long time.
