Auspicious Timing for Puja on Dhanteras

The Trayodashi Tithi begins on October 29 at 10:32 a.m.

Abhijeet Muhurat: From 11:42 a.m. to 12:27 p.m., an ideal time for auspicious purchases.

Pradosh Kaal Muhurat for Puja: From 6:36 p.m. to 8:32 p.m., which is considered the best time for both puja and shopping.

Evening Rituals on Dhanteras

The festival of Dhanteras is traditionally observed during the Pradosh Kaal.

For health and longevity, a lamp should be lit at the main entrance of the home in the south direction, with a prayer to Lord Yama (the god of death).
