Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Net Worth: Priyanka’s Shimla House Worth ₹5.63 Crore, ₹2.24 Crore in Mutual Funds

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Net Worth: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra filed her nomination for the Wayanad Lok Sabha by-election on Wednesday, where she disclosed assets worth nearly ₹12 crore.

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who is contesting her first election from Wayanad, revealed in her election affidavit that she holds movable assets worth over ₹4.24 crore.

According to Priyanka’s affidavit, her movable assets include ₹3.6 lakh in savings accounts across three banks, mutual fund investments worth ₹2.24 crore, and a Public Provident Fund (PPF) balance of ₹17.38 lakh. She also mentioned owning an 8 lakh rupee Honda CRV gifted by her husband Robert Vadra, along with jewellery valued at ₹1.44 crore.

Her immovable assets are valued at over ₹7.74 crore, which include inherited agricultural land in Delhi’s Mehrauli, shared with her brother Rahul Gandhi, valued at ₹2.1 crore. Additionally, Priyanka disclosed owning a house in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, which she purchased for ₹5.63 crore.

Priyanka also reported an annual income of ₹46.39 lakh from sources like rental income, bank interest, and other investments.

Her husband Robert Vadra’s assets are valued at over ₹64 crore, comprising deposits in various banks, shares in public companies, mutual fund investments, a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV, and a Mini Cooper. His immovable assets, worth ₹27 crore, include commercial properties in Gurugram and Noida.

Priyanka clarified that she has not been convicted in any case but is facing two FIRs—one each in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, she has received a notice from the Uttar Pradesh Forest Department. Her total liabilities stand at ₹15.75 lakh.

Regarding her educational qualifications, Priyanka holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University (1993), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Buddhist Studies from the University of Sunderland, UK, completed through distance learning.

In the Wayanad by-election on November 13, Priyanka will face CPI’s Satyan Mokeri and BJP’s Navya Haridas. The results will be declared on November 23.
